It's been a while since I showed you some of the food we cooked with V.
... so here are some! :)
chicken filled roll with "chateau potatoes"
stewed rabbit on the polenta
salmon with the fennel and lemon slices, baked in the oven on the cedar plank! ... so yummy!
baked beetroot with the goatish cheese and walnuts in the honey, as a starter
and crepes as a dessert ;)!
and here is something from the restaurant (La petite conversation):
"moules-frites" - belgian mussels with the pommes frites
